I’m a 42yo female who’s husband is 44yo. His libido is higher than mine and lately I can’t quite keep up. Herbs seem to make my heart skip beats. I know our bodies require certain Vitamins & Minerals to keep this in check but, I cannot seem to find the right answers or…ppl think I want Medical Advice. I don’t. I just want to know which ones REALLY DO HELP THIS. Thank You in Advance for any knowledge you can pass along to help me with this issue. It’s not been fun. ;)

You are getting older. Men never quit with libido until the noodle does. Talk to your Dr. they may give you some hormones. They probably will check them and get your level for sure.

Improve Sexual Virility – (For Guys)

Many men suffer from a low sex drive, sexual performance problems, and an overall lack of male virility. These problems can negatively impact a man’s self-esteem, sense of self-worth, and the quality of his romantic relationships. However, problems with male virility and sexual functioning can be, in most cases, remedied. What follows is a list of lifestyle, health, and dietary factors that promote strong male virility and improved sexual function and performance.

Step 1 – GET ADEQUATE SLEEP

Your body needs adequate amounts of sleep in order to maximize sexual performance and sexual virility. A lack of sleep is a major cause of low sex drive and/or sexual problems. Strive to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep each night to increase and maintain sexual virility. Take afternoon rests or naps when possible.

Step 2 – DE-STRESS REGULARLY

Chronic stress is toxic to the body and can negatively impact sexual virility and sexual function. I’ve done a little research and found some otc progesterone creams that have wild yam root. Does anyone have experience with this helping low libido?

Hi there,
Well there are so many reasons this could happen… you could be experiencing a hormonal in-balance(have you started a new kind of BC) , or have you been sick or had any kind of infection?? are you taking anti-bio tics?? where you ready for him, you know wet enough?? Generally this condition isn’t serious and it does go away, women should have an active sex life well into there golden years and if we all open up and talk to our Dr’s it will be possible..you already know to see a Dr and please stop taking supplements until you talk to him or her OK..

Raw Oysters
Oysters have a high Zinc content which raises the testosterone and sperm production, which are both considered important for enhancing libido.

Figs are high in amino acids, which researchers believe can increase libido. It has also been found that Figs can also increase your sexual stamina.
