Question by Yogi: Can the use of diet pills and stress from work?
really pull your libido down into the crapper? Now she has been on the diet pills now for better part of two yrs and has been working as a RN with the last three in rehab for those that are unable to move for the most part from the waist down and some from the neck down. So do you think both of these or one more than the other ruin your sex life?

I don’t think diet pills would have an effect on your libido. But we don’t know which ones she is taking. Usually diet pills when I took them increased my libido.

Stress is the culprit . The job is not mentally rewarding and after she feels all the tensions of all these poor people not been able to use their limbs so she feels frustrated deep inside. And sex is not a priority anymore because she is probably thinking about her patients.

Maybe when she comes home you can have a nice dinner for her and some candles and maybe a nice bath before. She then will feel more at ease. Don’t mention sex to her! Just say you know she has been working to hard and you want to give her some TLC.

Do not mention sex… It will come from her because you have been so caring!

It sounds like an odd thing for a 29 year old sexually healthy male to ask, but what ways or suggestions are there to increase my libido and be able to have sexual relations more frequently and more times ina row. This is my third relationship in a row with a woman who wants sex daily and preferably 2-3 times daily, often in a row. She doesnt expect it perse, but its wanted. I’m personally happy 4-5 times a week, and twice in a row is hard to come by(no pun intended) without her putting in a lot of work.

So what can I do to increase my libido, and what suggestions are there to increase my odds of being able to and wanted to perform multiple times in a sessions. Types of exercise? Diet changes? Techniques? I love this girl and want to please her more, and its not like she’s demanding anything, but would ike to meet her halfway. Thanks in advance for mature answers to a sensitive questions.

Question by one_lil_monkey: How long is it normal to have decreased libido after childbirth?
Before I had my baby over a year ago, I had a very high libido. Ever since I had the baby, I have not wanted sex at all, and even have aversions to it on many occasions. It seems I either want it all the time or NEVER (usually never. I usually feel sorry for my husband a couple times per week and do it, but I don’t really want to). I could go for a month without it and then every night for a week straight. Is it normal to fluctuate so wildly? I am not on any medications, including chemical birth control. I am not working, baby sleeps wonderfully, and our relationship is good.

the same thing happened to me and mine will be 6 in october and it is the same i think we wanted our children so we enjoyed it because it was a chance to become a mommy now that we get our way we see sex is over rated lol

The first thing you MUST do is go see your doctor to be sure there is no MEDICAL cause for your decreased sex drive. Once you determine it is not a medical problem causing it then the doc can offer suggestions as well as other posters on here but until you see a doc the suggestions you get on here will be nothing more than suggestions as it could easily be a medical thing.
